As much as I love creating my own music, it is always a great journey to write and professionally record music for projects and special occasions in your life! Songs are composed in the style of your choosing, designed to enhance your creative desires. When applicable, I weave in your images and cherished memories to bring your musical story to life. I have written unforgettable songs for organizations, events, films, first dances, birthdays, wedding and anniversary presents…and even one song for personal empowerment after going through a divorce! Timing:
Process from beginning to final delivery of your song takes about one month, so make sure you plan ahead! Songs can be expedited for an additional cost.
Commission fee for an original song, including chart and live recording: $1,000
This includes:
- Initial interview
- Writing of song
- One revision/comment period after 1st draft of song
- Basic live recording of Kristin playing your song
- Rights to use your song for any events, videos, teaching purposes, slide shows/power points, as a free download via your website, and share with whomever you choose.**
Full production version of original song: $2,000
- Includes everything listed above, plus…
- Full and professional studio recording of song**
- Kristin personally plays, sings, and produces/engineers your track
- Final mix of song
- Overseeing song mastering process (if selected as add-on below)
** Note: Kristin retains copyright of song. You are not permitted to sell it commercially or upload to music distributors (ex. Spotify). If desired, Kristin can upload your finished full production song to her Bandcamp page and provide you with a beautiful free stream-able player that can be embedded anywhere you like or shared easily via social media etc. You are also free to sync your song to a simple lyric video or any video expression of your choice and share via YouTube.
Additions:
– Have an incredible musician or two enhance your track (Kristin will hire someone to play additional instruments of your choice that she doesn’t play…sax, clarinet, strings, live drums, etc.)
Add $300 per musician
- Professional Mastering (Kristin will hire a top-rated mastering engineer to bring a final sparkle and gloss to your song and oversee the entire process)
Add $200
– Rush orders – If you need it NOW, your song can be delivered from start to finish in 2 weeks or less! (As long as Kristin is not on tour or unable to be in her studio)
Add $500
- Live online performance by Kristin of your original song (Kristin has honed and polished her live online sound to bring a next level emotional experience to your event)
